Observed employees using non-potable water for handwashing during a boil water notice. Discussed with operator that handwashing must be done using potable water that has been brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute or commercially bottled water. Operator confirmed that potable water is being used for beverage preparation, dishwashing, and drinking ice.
