Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Inside walk in cooler at the market prep room was 30 - 8 oz portions of Black Grouper and the case was clearly labeled to remove from package prior to thawing; 65 - 4 oz portions of ahi tuna in packaging clearly labeled to remove prior to thawing and 15 - 8 oz portions of salmon in packaging clearly labeled to remove prior to thawing. All fish was till under reduced oxygen packaging and completely thawed. This is a repeat violation from the previous inspection dated
