Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed to go containers on the cook line, dry storage, and left side server area not inverted. Operator inverted them.

Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee scratch their beard and then go to handle clean utensils without changing their gloves. Operator had them change gloves and wash their hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
